First West Foundation est une fondation communautaire établie par First West Credit Union en Colombie-Britannique. Depuis 1998, plus de 13 millions de dollars ont été accordés à des œuvres de bienfaisance dans toute la province. La fondation gère 18 fonds de dotation et offre deux programmes de subventions principaux.
Programmes de subventions
Impact Grants sont des fonds sans restriction pour soutenir les opérations, programmes et services des organismes de bienfaisance. Les subventions maximales varient de 15 000 $ à 25 000 $ selon le fonds communautaire.
Capacity Grants sont des fonds restreints pouvant atteindre 10 000 $ pour le renforcement organisationnel, incluant la formation en leadership, la formation des bénévoles, la planification stratégique et le soutien infrastructurel.
