Les candidats doivent provenir des communautés desservies par les anciennes communautés de la Credit Union Encompass : Irma, Edgerton, Chauvin, Hardesty, Hughenden, Consort et Wainwright, en Alberta.
Processus de demande
Les demandes sont acceptées toute l'année et sont examinées deux fois par an. Les demandes doivent être soumises au moyen du formulaire de demande de la Fondation.
