Dauphin & District Community Foundation invests in local quality of life by raising and stewarding community funds, then granting income back to eligible projects and programs. Its grant process supports CRA registered charities, qualified donees and partner organizations whose work benefits the City of Dauphin or the Rural Municipality of Dauphin. With two annual intake periods, the foundation gives local organizations a predictable way to plan community improvements, accessibility and inclusion projects, volunteer-driven initiatives and programs that respond to demonstrated needs. In the broader funding ecosystem, DDCF helps keep donor capital rooted in the region and complements government funding with place-based philanthropy that can respond to local priorities and smaller community-led projects.
