  • Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a secondary, post-secondary academic, technical, or vocational program at a recognized public or registered private post-secondary institution

Application Process

Applicants must submit a letter of confirmation verifying enrollment at an accredited BC institution and two reference letters (one must be from a non-family member). Applications are accepted annually between May 1-31. Results are communicated within four weeks of notification.
