For 2025, $170,000 in funding is available through 10 provincial awards, 3 territorial awards, and 1 national award, with one overall Changemaker of the Year receiving an enhanced grant. A Dollar A Day applies clear selection criteria when choosing programs to support. Corporate and institutional partners are encouraged to cover operating and administration costs through a separate endowment, allowing 100% of “Dollar A Dayer” donations to flow directly to program grants.
