Buying a project
How does your service work?
When a prospect has a mandate, they contact one of our specialists. Following their conversation, a project description is created by our team and sent to the platform. If the project matches the criteria you have indicated in your dashboard (services offered, desired budget and areas covered), you will receive the project details by email. After receiving the description, you can either accept it (your account will be debited for the amount of the referral and you will receive the client's contact details), refuse it or accept it at half price (if this option is available, and the project is not complete after 4 days, it will be awarded to you at 50% of the original price).
How many service providers are referred per project?
Projects are sent to all service providers on the platform that match the project criteria. However, unless otherwise indicated in the description, a maximum of 4 service providers can purchase the mandate. It is therefore essential that you contact your client quickly to maximize your chances of obtaining the contract.
How can I increase my chances of winning a mandate?
1- Make sure you meet the project criteria before purchasing it.
2- Act quickly when you are interested in a project - if you wait too long, it may be complete.
3- Communicate with the client as soon as possible.
4- Before presenting your services to the client, do some research on their culture, their objectives and the type of projects they have already undertaken. Cultural fit is as important as technical fit.
5- Submit a professional and responsive quote to the client. Make sure you understand the client's needs in the short term, but also in the medium and long term in order to evaluate one or more strategies to be put in place.
What happens if I am unable to present my services to the client?
If you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to present your services (e.g., the client has already chosen their service provider) or there is an error in the project description, you can apply for credit on your dashboard. This will be processed by our team and if accepted, the amount of the referral will be credited to your service provider account*.

Every day, our team makes every effort to ensure the quality of the projects. However, there may be times when you are unable to present your services (e.g., if the client has already chosen their service provider before you contact them) or there is an error in the project description. For reasons beyond your control, we give you the opportunity to be credited
