Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness and mandatory criteria first.
- Eligible proposals are assessed and ranked by a review committee.
- Successful applicants receive a Letter of Conditional Approval; unsuccessful applicants receive a letter of regret.
- Conditionally approved projects undergo due diligence before a contribution agreement is negotiated.
- No funding commitment exists until both parties sign the contribution agreement.
