  • New entrants and small businesses in planning or development, or below the commercial threshold.
  • First Nation, municipal and territorial governments, Yukon non-profits, First Nation organizations, educational institutions and research bodies.

To be eligible for the Yukon Sustainable CAP – Livestock Health and Welfare program, you must: Applicants must meet the legal entity, Yukon registration, good standing, operating-history and revenue/AgriStability rules. Applicants may have no more than 3 approved projects underway. For livestock transport, the farm must be at least 100 km from the nearest inspected slaughter facility.
