Commercial farms, agricultural businesses, Yukon food processors, agri-businesses and First Nation businesses are eligible if they meet the required legal and operating rules.
New entrants and small businesses in planning or development, or below the commercial threshold, are eligible.
Applicants may have no more than 3 approved projects underway.
