- For community gardens and greenhouses: design consultants; wages or honoraria for a coordinator, manager, or horticultural trainer or mentor; construction and maintenance such as boxes, beds, and sheds; and tools, soil, seed, and fertilizer.
- For community-garden workshops and events: instructors or speakers, equipment rental, advertising, catering, and travel.
