Commercial farms, agricultural businesses, Yukon food processors, agri-businesses and First Nation businesses must meet the program’s legal entity, Yukon registration, good standing, operating-history and revenue/AgriStability rules.
New entrants and small businesses must be in planning/development or below the commercial threshold.
Applicants may have no more than 3 approved projects underway.
