Selection criteria
- Proposals are assessed using the criteria in section 5, Application Procedure, for feasibility and technical soundness.
- Proposals are rated in accordance with the Trust objectives: Restore, Enhance, and Protect.
- Technically sound, financially viable, and feasible proposals are prioritized for funding.
- Projects may not be funded if another funding program is more appropriate.
How to apply
- Submit the proposal to the Yukon Fish and Wildlife Enhancement Trust Manager by fillable application form, email, mail, or delivery; the fillable form is preferred.
Processing and Agreement
- Successful applicants sign a Contribution Agreement outlining project terms, the schedule of payments, and timelines for completion.
- Projects are monitored by the Trust Manager for compliance with the Contribution Agreement.
- All funded parties must submit a two-part final report: a Results Report and a Financial Report.
- The final report must be provided in electronic PDF and hard copy form, with separate electronic jpeg files of all pictures used.
- Approved but unexpended project funds must be returned to the Trust.
