    • Include the parents’ most recent Notice of Assessment showing gross income.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed application by mail or email to Yehoah-Rapha Prayer House in Markham, Ontario.
    • Applications must be received by August 1st.

  • Applications are reviewed by Yehoah-Rapha directors in confidence.
  • Award decisions are made based on the information provided in the application.
  • Funding is limited and full approval is not guaranteed.
  • A completed program is required to keep the scholarship award.
  • If the student is dismissed for disciplinary or other reasons, the award must be reimbursed.
