Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened for mandatory requirements first.
- Eligible applications are then reviewed by an evaluation team.

- All decisions are final and no appeals are considered.

- The grant agreement may be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms.
- Recipients must submit interim and final reports during the grant term.
