Overview
The Youth Suicide Prevention Grant Program provides funding of up to $175,000 per fiscal year to support evidence-informed programs and services targeting priority youth populations at increased risk of suicide, including Indigenous youth, sexual and gender diverse youth, youth experiencing homelessness, and those with mental health challenges. Eligible not-for-profit organizations, First Nations, and Metis Settlements can apply to expand existing suicide prevention initiatives or develop and pilot new innovative projects addressing identified community needs.
