- Recent high school graduates from the Township.
Who is not eligible
- Students who do not live in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands.
- Applicants who are not graduating this year or who did not graduate in the previous year.
- Applicants not pursuing full-time post-secondary education.

Processing and Agreement
