This program provides up to $6,000 to support small youth-focused projects in the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Region. Priority activities include youth education or training, youth-led initiatives, cross-community youth connections, and learning initiatives focused on multiculturalism, inclusiveness, and diversity.

Activities funded

Projects addressing urgent youth needs identified in CBT’s 2023 Vital Signs
Education and training initiatives that build capacity for local youth
Projects connecting youth across communities within the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Region
Youth-driven initiatives
Projects promoting education and discussion on multiculturalism, inclusiveness, and diversity

Examples of admissible projects:

Youth-led coastal safety and climate skills workshops across communities

Youth media lab creating inclusion stories and inter-community showcase
