Eligibility
- The applicant organization must operate in the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve Region.
- The project must focus on youth needs and/or youth education, training, and capacity building.

Selection criteria
- Alignment with urgent youth needs identified in CBT’s 2023 Vital Signs
- Ability to build youth capacity through education or training opportunities
- Extent to which the project connects youth across communities in the region
- Degree of youth leadership or youth-driven approach
- Contribution to multiculturalism, inclusiveness, and diversity education and discussion
