- Step 1: Complete the application
- Fill out the electronic application form.

- Step 2: Submit the application
- Submit the electronic form online, or send the printable form by email or by Canada Post.
- Email submissions go to national@armycadetleague.ca.
- Mail submissions go to the Executive Assistant (YCF Scholarship), The Army Cadet League of Canada, 201-1505 Laperriere Ave, Ottawa, ON, K1Z 7T1.
- Step 3: Receive confirmation
- Wait for the confirmation receipt sent by email within 5 days after receipt.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a national selection committee.
- Selections are completed by May 15 each year.
- Applicants are notified by email after submission, and winners are notified by May 15.
- The award is subject to a partnership agreement between the Foundation and the Army Cadet League of Canada.
