How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application

- Mail the completed application to Yellowknife Elks Lodge #314 in Yellowknife, NT.
- Or email the completed application to the address provided by the program.
- Step 3: Meet the deadline
- Ensure the application is submitted by July 7, 2025.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and must be received by the stated deadline.
- Recipients must provide first-semester marks and proof of second-semester acceptance to receive the second payment.
- If required marks and acceptance are not received by February 28, 2026, the second installment is forfeited.
