Overview

Provides up to C$620 per project to support community initiatives that improve mental health and well-being in Canada. Applicants choose an idea, complete a 30 Day Challenge to unlock funding, carry out the project, and share impact to access the final portion.

Activities funded

  • Create and deliver a community project focused on mental health and well-being.
  • Build a project page based on an idea selected from the program list.
  • Complete a 30 Day Challenge tied to launching the project.
  • Share the project’s impact to unlock the final portion of funding.
