How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application

- Gather the required Support Form, educational overview or budget, and short essay.
- Step 2: Obtain approval
- Have the Support Form signed by your HHN Clinical/Administrative Director or SNB Supervisor.
- Step 3: Submit online
- Submit all required information online at the same time.
- Do not send documents separately.
- Use the required Support Form.
- Step 4: Request reimbursement if approved
- Submit reimbursement using the Foundation’s reimbursement form.

- Applications are reviewed by the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation.
