- Students in unpaid practica or unpaid clinical placements.

- Students in co-op programs.
- Students in paid internship programs.
Eligible expenses
- Personal protective equipment, vaccinations, uniforms, professional attire, software, equipment, and required training or certifications.
- Transportation costs, including relocation and parking.
- Research supplies and course-related materials.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Expenses for past or future WIL or undergraduate research courses.
- Tuition and non-instructional fees, including textbooks and UPass.
- Daily living expenses and dependent care.
- Free public immunizations.
- Training or certifications outside the scope of the current course.
Selection criteria
- Current enrollment in the relevant WIL or research course.
- Priority for applicants who have not previously received funding from this project.
- Funding is allocated to help balance support across faculties.
