- Clear consideration of the needs of all learners and removal of barriers to learning
- Clear project goals and articulation of the needs, gaps, or challenges addressed
- Clear methods, including specific curriculum modification or enhancements
- Evidence-based project design, methods, activities, and impact assessments
- Budget outlines and justifies projected expenses

- Step 1: Prepare application materials
- Complete the project proposal.
- Prepare the teaching philosophy statement, CV, and letter of support.
- Step 2: Assemble documents
- Save all required materials as Word or PDF files.
- Combine the documents into a single email submission.
- Step 3: Submit by email
