How to apply
- Complete the Funding Application Form.
- Submit the form on or before the specified deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- The Executive Director reviews all applications and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors approximately 8 weeks after each submission deadline date.
- The Executive Director notifies applicants via phone or email. Only successful applicants are contacted.
- Proposals are reviewed by the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Environmental Fund Selection Committee for approval.
- The Foundation aims to respond to all applicants by early June 2026 in time for summer projects to proceed.
- Successful recipients must sign a Grant Recipient Letter of Agreement and submit follow-up reports upon project completion.
