  • Organizations that are not CRA-qualified donees as principal applicants.
  • Applicants without the required Indigenous partnership or community support where applicable.

Eligible expenses

  • Direct project costs that are justifiable for the proposed work.
  • General operational overhead, up to 10% of funding from the Weston Family Foundation.
