How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form in full.

- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the application to the County Clerk/Deputy Clerk by November 30.
- Applications can be submitted online or by the County’s application process.
- Step 3: Exempt organization submission
- If exempt from the formal process, send a letter explaining the need for funding and intended use of funds.
- Submit the letter annually before funds are forwarded.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission by the County.
- Requests over $2,000 are considered by the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee.
- Special consideration may be given to emergency or disaster relief requests.
- Approved applicants are funded under the County’s grant process.
