How to apply
- Complete the grant application form in full, with all requested information attached.
- Attach a copy of your operating budget and recent financial statements for the organization/project.
- Submit the application to the Clerk by the specified date and time as printed in the application page, and no later than November 30.
- If exempt from the formal application process, send a letter identifying the need for a grant and the general intent of use of the funds, and ensure it is received annually before any grant funds are forwarded.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission by the County.
- Requests over $2,000 are considered by the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee.
- Special consideration may be given to emergency or disaster relief requests.
- Approved applicants are funded under the County’s grant process.
