  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Pre-consultation
    • Meet with City staff to confirm eligibility and required permits.
    • Review the general program requirements and prepare supporting materials.
  • Step 2: Prepare application
    • Gather drawings, photos, estimates, studies, and required permits.
    • Include ownership or lease documents and any other required support.
  • Step 3: Submit online
    • Complete and submit the application through the City’s online CIP form.
    • Ensure all required supporting documents are included.
  • Step 4: Review and decision
    • City staff review the application for completeness and eligibility.
    • If approved, the City provides the terms of approval and payment instructions.
  • Step 5: Complete project and claim payment
    • Finish the approved work and submit proof of completion.
    • Provide invoices, receipts, photos, and other requested documents to receive reimbursement.
