How to apply
- Step 1: Pre-consultation
- Meet with City staff to confirm eligibility and required permits.

- Step 2: Prepare application
- Gather drawings, photos, estimates, studies, and required permits.
- Include ownership or lease documents and any other required support.
- Step 3: Submit online
