How to apply

  • Step 1: Register for the rebate
    • Submit the rebate form.
    • Receive a water hardness test kit or complete registration during a Home Water Review.
    • Submit water hardness results.
  • Step 2: Complete the plumbing change
    • Make the plumbing change yourself or hire a plumber.
  • Step 3: Confirm the change
    • Submit itemized plumbing receipts, or complete hardness testing through a Home Water Review.
    • Request more hardness test strips if needed.
  • Step 4: Receive the rebate
    • Submit a void cheque or direct deposit form.
    • Receive the $50 rebate by direct deposit.
