  • Excess water and wastewater consumption charges caused by an accidental leak.

  • Leaks caused by neglect or deliberate damage.
  • Outdoor water use, including pools, hot tubs, hoses, and irrigation systems.
  • Leaks from properties vacant or unattended for more than 72 hours.

Processing and Agreement

  • The Town reviews the submitted form and supporting documents.
