  • Homes built after 1995 for the toilet rebate.
  • New construction or additions for the toilet rebate.
  • Multi-residential buildings with 7 or more residential units.

Eligible expenses

  • Purchase and installation of an eligible WaterSense toilet or ENERGY STAR washing machine.
  • Related installation costs and necessary preparatory or repair work.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Toilet replacements for new construction or additions.
  • Toilets installed in homes built after 1995.
  • Purchases or installations not supported by proof of disposal for the old fixture.
