Processing and Agreement

  • The Recreation and Sport team reviews the request after submission.
  • A staff member contacts the applicant within 10 business days.
  • The request is discussed before a waiver or reduction decision is made.

  • Applications are only considered up to one year in advance.
  • Submit the request at least two weeks before the requested rental dates.
  • A City of London Recreation and Sport team member will follow up within 10 business days.
