Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.

Who is not eligible

  • An organization may submit only one application in this call.
  • Universities may submit only one application unless a faculty or institute has a separate legal identity.
  • An organization cannot apply as both applicant and partner or consortium member.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Renewal of passport, if necessary

Selection criteria

  • Applications are assessed on merit.
  • Applications are reviewed for relevance to Global Affairs Canada's programs, plans, priorities, and budget constraints.

How to apply

  • Submit your proposal through the Partners@International portal before the deadline.

Processing and Agreement

  • Selected organizations receive funding under a separate funding agreement.
  • The funding is governed by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's Policy and Directive on Transfer Payments.
