Who is eligible?
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
Who is not eligible
- An organization may submit only one application in this call.
- Universities may submit only one application unless a faculty or institute has a separate legal identity.
- An organization cannot apply as both applicant and partner or consortium member.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Renewal of passport, if necessary
Selection criteria
- Applications are assessed on merit.
- Applications are reviewed for relevance to Global Affairs Canada's programs, plans, priorities, and budget constraints.
How to apply
- Submit your proposal through the Partners@International portal before the deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- Selected organizations receive funding under a separate funding agreement.
- The funding is governed by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's Policy and Directive on Transfer Payments.
