Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Activities unrelated to community needs or the specified focus areas.
• Expenses incurred outside the project timeline or scope.
• Administrative costs exceeding reasonable limits.
• Costs for lobbying, legal actions, or political activities.

• Relevance to community needs based on the Saskatoon Vital Signs report.
• Innovation and sustainability of proposed projects.
• Potential for measurable community impact.
• Clarity of project objectives and implementation plan.

• Applications are reviewed for completeness and alignment with focus areas.
• Applicants receive notifications regarding acceptance or rejection.
• Funding agreements are established before disbursement of funds.
• Organizations may be required to submit progress reports during the project.
