The Vital Focus Grants provide an average of $20,000 per year for up to five years to organizations working on critical social issues such as homelessness, mental health, and equity. They support data-driven, community-focused projects to address pressing local needs. The grants enable organizations to develop programs that foster social well-being and systemic change, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and community impact.

Eligibility

How to apply

Prepare a letter of intent outlining your project concept.Submit the letter of intent by the deadline of March 2, 2026.If invited, complete and submit the full application form.Provide supporting documents as required by the application process.Await review outcome and funding decision.
