- Artists applying for work related to undergraduate or graduate studies

- Applicants seeking support only for travel, exhibition, or promotion
- Applicants to another TAC program for the same project
Eligible expenses
- Direct creation and production costs
- Materials needed to make the work
- Accessibility costs for eligible projects, up to an additional $5,000

- Projects completed before results are announced
- Travel-only or exhibition-only projects, including framing
- Capital purchases such as tools and equipment over $750
