- PST on eligible project costs.

- Routine maintenance, structural repairs, and roof work.
- Interior improvements and work not visible from the public right-of-way.
- Staff wages, tools or equipment purchases, GST, duties, utilities, and permit fees.
- Improvements started before approval.
