• Step 1: Complete the application form
  • Fill in the organization details and request type.
  • Describe the project or event and how municipal funding will be used.
• Step 2: Attach supporting information
  • Include the project or event budget.
  • Include financial statements and proof of status, if applicable.
  • Add any other information that may help Council evaluate the request.
• Step 3: Submit the application
  • Return the completed form and attachments to the Manager of Finance/Treasurer by mail or email.

• Applications are reviewed by Council for evaluation.
• Applicants are expected to provide the information needed to assess the request.
• If approved, funding is provided subject to the program policy and application requirements.
• If the project does not proceed or funds are used outside the policy, the money must be refunded.

• Applicants must confirm they have read the eligibility criteria and will comply with all requirements.
• Approved funding does not imply ongoing municipal support.
• If the project or event does not proceed, grant funds must be refunded to the municipality.
