Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission and a decision is aimed for within 4 weeks.
  • If the eligibility application and education plan are submitted together, total processing can take up to 8 weeks.

  • For formal programs, monitoring documents are required before each next payment.
  • Changes to the plan must be reviewed and approved before payments continue.
