Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and a decision is aimed for within 4 weeks.
- If the eligibility application and education plan are submitted together, total processing can take up to 8 weeks.
- Funding is only issued after approval of both eligibility and the education plan.
- For formal programs, monitoring documents are required before each next payment.
- Changes to the plan must be reviewed and approved before payments continue.
