  • Except in extraordinary circumstances, organizations with partisan or political affiliations are not supported.
  • Except in extraordinary circumstances, fraternal or labour organizations, private foundations or clubs, and professional or technical associations are not supported.
  • Except in extraordinary circumstances, organizations located outside of the communities where Vermilion staff live or work are not supported.

How to apply

  • Complete the application form online.
  • Submit a new application through the online portal; do not mail or fax your request.
