Latest change: The ventilation rebate page now shows a six-month application window, a revised 5-person income cap of $107,600, and updated proof-of-income instructions.
Ventilation rebate rules and application steps updated
The ventilation rebate details now show a shorter application window: applications must be submitted within six months of the invoice date instead of one year, and the 5-person household income limit is now $107,600 instead of $108,000. Application instructions also changed: the income qualification code request step was removed, and proof-of-income copies now require the mailing address to be blacked out on Notice of Assessment documents while keeping the name, mailing address, effective date and income information visible only as specified.
