The Vantage Point bursaries offer Vancouver-based non-profit, community services, and childcare organizations full funding for up to two seats in professional development workshops and an 80% bursary for one staff member to participate in an advanced learning lab each year. This program supports staff and board members by providing financial assistance to access training in areas such as governance, leadership, fund development, and organizational capacity building.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a Vancouver-based, non-profit organization, community services, or childcare organization.
- The organization must either receive operating support from the City of Vancouver through specified grant programs or have received a one-time project grant from the City in the current or previous calendar year for more than $15,000.
- Alternatively, the organization may be the primary not-for-profit leaseholder of a City-owned or City-leased facility with a social service or childcare mandate.

- For-profit enterprises (commercial or private companies).
- Organizations that do not have a mandate in community services or early childhood.
- Organizations whose head office is not located in Vancouver.

- Secondary tenants or organizations without a social or childcare mandate in municipal facilities.
Eligible expenses
- Registration fees for professional development workshops offered by Vantage Point (up to two full bursaries per organization each year).
- Partial bursary coverage (up to 80%) for participation in advanced learning labs for one staff member per organization per year.
- Full bursary support for advanced learning labs if cost is a barrier to participation (subject to approval and available budget).
