Who is eligible?

Eligible expenses

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the annual budget is fully allocated and are analyzed in order of receipt.

  • The circular economy coordinator first checks whether the project is eligible (admissible).
  • An internal eco-responsible committee then reviews and approves projects; applicants receive a decision within a maximum of two months after submission.
  • If approved, funding is paid in two instalments: 50% at project acceptance and 50% after the final project report and supporting evidence are received.

  • The fund has a total envelope of $85,000 distributed over three years (2023–2026), with an annual amount of $28,333.
