Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Manager of Land Use Planning, Development & Regulatory Services or designate.
- The City determines whether the application meets the program criteria.
- If a property is in tax arrears, the decision may be deferred for up to six months.
- If tax arrears remain after that period, the application is refused and the applicant is notified.
