How to apply
- Determine if your project is eligible by reviewing the eligibility criteria.
- Complete the Application Workbook.
- Submit a completed Application Workbook by email to HAF@Winnipeg.ca with the subject line “Vacant Building Grant.”
Processing and Agreement
- We will review your application through a competitive selection process.
- We may ask for more information to support the evaluation of your proposal.
- Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Approval Letter stating the maximum grant amount and any conditions that must be met before funding is released.
- The grant recipient will enter into a Grant Agreement with the City of Winnipeg.
