- Complete the Application Workbook.
- Submit a completed Application Workbook by email to HAF@Winnipeg.ca with the subject line “Vacant Building Grant.”
Processing and Agreement
- Eligible projects will be scored using a point system to determine potential program support.
- The City may ask for more information to support the evaluation of the proposal.
- Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Approval Letter stating the maximum grant amount and any conditions that must be met before funding is released.
- The grant recipient will enter into a Grant Agreement with the City of Winnipeg.
