Who is eligible?

  • Collaborative groups of organizations
  • Organizations that have received funding at any point since April 1st 2023

  • Alignment with the quarterly issue area.
  • Fit with the program’s community priorities.
  • Relevance of the proposed program or project.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Review the quarterly issue area and application window
    • Check the focus area for the quarter.
    • Confirm the application dates for that period.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Develop the program or project proposal.
    • Make sure it matches the selected issue area.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the application during the open quarterly window.
    • If applying collaboratively, contact staff before the deadline.

Processing and Agreement
