- Create an account if applying for the first time.
- Step 2: Complete the online application
- Fill in the agency information and pre-qualification sections.
- Complete the program funding forms.
- Step 3: Upload required documents
- Submit the required agency and financial documents in the system.
- Step 4: Submit before the deadline
- Send the completed application through the e-CImpact system by the posted due date.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by United Way HPE staff after submission.
- Eligible submissions are forwarded to a citizen review committee.
- The committee reviews applications and makes funding recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- The Board of Directors makes the final funding decision.
- Funding decisions are emailed to applicants at the end of February.
