  • Hospitals, medical research, long-term care, or medical treatment programs

How to apply

  • Step 1: Create or access your e-CImpact account
    • Use your existing login if already funded.
    • Create an account if applying for the first time.
  • Step 2: Complete the online application
    • Fill in the agency information and pre-qualification sections.
    • Complete the program funding forms.
  • Step 3: Upload required documents
    • Submit the required agency and financial documents in the system.
  • Step 4: Submit before the deadline
    • Send the completed application through the e-CImpact system by the posted due date.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by United Way HPE staff after submission.
  • Eligible submissions are forwarded to a citizen review committee.
  • The committee reviews applications and makes funding recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • The Board of Directors makes the final funding decision.
  • Funding decisions are emailed to applicants at the end of February.
