How to apply

  • Step 1: Find a supervisor
    • Identify a faculty supervisor willing to oversee the summer project.
    • Discuss the research idea and expected research term.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the online application in AwardSpring.
    • Enter the project details and respond to the required questions.
    • Invite the supervisor to submit their letter of support and review.
  • Step 3: Submit online
    • Submit the completed application through the summer studentship portal before the deadline.
    • Review the application status on the portal dashboard.
  • Step 4: Await results
    • Watch for the email notification with the outcome.
    • If successful, formally accept the award.

Processing and Agreement
