Who is eligible?
- Legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory of residence.
- Owners, founders, employees, customers, partners, vendors, Purolator Employees, and other general supporters of an eligible nominated small business.
- Small businesses based in Canada and legally licensed or registered to operate in Canada.
- Small businesses with 50 employees or less.
- Small businesses in good financial standing throughout the Contest Period, including winner announcement.
Who is not eligible
- Directors or executives of Purolator.
- Employees of Purolator’s advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies involved in the development or execution of the Contest.
- Persons or entities involved in administering or judging the Contest.
- Persons domiciled with, or immediately related to, the people listed above.
- Purolator Inc. employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents; employees of Purolator’s advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and persons or entities involved in administering or judging the Contest cannot be owners, founders, or main investors of a Grant Nominee.
Eligible expenses
- Cash prize of $25,000, which recipients are free to use in any way that legally benefits their business.
- $500 in Purolator shipping credits for Grant Prize recipients.

How to apply
- Submit a complete and unique nomination entry through the Contest Website.
- Purolator Customers may enter through the email invitation, the Contest Website, or Purolator advertising and social media links.
- SMB Community Members may enter through the Contest Website link provided in Purolator advertisements.
- To be eligible for a Nomination Prize, the nomination entry must be submitted by a Purolator Customer or SMB Community Member.
- To be eligible for a Grant Prize or Finalist Prize, the SMB must have a complete and unique nomination entry submitted by a Purolator Customer or SMB Community Member.
- Submit all entries by November 5, 2025, 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
Processing and Agreement
- Entries are evaluated in three phases.
- Phase 1 uses AI software, a third party agency team, and the Sponsor to pre-screen submissions.
- Phase 2 candidates may be asked to submit supplementary material, including more information about their business and a video or interview.
- Grant Prize winners are contacted by telephone or email by March 9, 2026.
- The $25,000 cash and $500 shipping credit prizes will be delivered to Grant Prize winners by April 30, 2026.
Additional information
- All prizes are valued in Canadian dollars and include HST.
- The $25,000 cash prize for Grant Prize winners can be used in any way that legally benefits the recipient's business.
- Finalist and nomination prize winners will be determined partly by random draw after eligibility is confirmed.
- The nomination form recommends saving responses in a separate document to prevent data loss due to technical issues.
