Eligibility
- Applicant is an Indigenous organization with its head office on the Island of Montreal
- Provides services or presents professional artistic activities
- Board of directors is composed mostly of Indigenous individuals (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis) ordinarily residing in Québec
- Has an employability policy encouraging the hiring of Indigenous people
- Decision-making roles (including senior management and artistic direction) are held by Indigenous individuals
