How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the electronic form
- Fill in Sections 1 to 3 on the competition homepage.
- Step 2: Prepare supporting documents
- Combine the required documents into a single PDF.
- Attach the budget estimate, supervision form or letter of acceptance, FRQ abridged CV, and research director support letter.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Upload the completed form and single PDF attachment through the online application system before the training starts.
- Step 4: Await confirmation and payment
- Watch for the submission confirmation email.
- If approved, payment is issued after the training once receipts and administrative information are received.

- Applications are reviewed and ranked based on merit.
- Evaluation considers research excellence, training relevance, and intersectoral potential.
