How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare your information
    • Gather the required household income and CCB documentation.
    • Have participant, guardian, and program organization details ready.
  • Step 2: Complete the online application
    • Fill in all required form fields in full.
    • Attach the current CCB Benefit Notice and supporting information.
  • Step 3: Review and submit
    • Confirm the application truthfully meets the program guidelines.
    • Sign the form and submit it through the online application portal.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed and may take up to three weeks, or longer during peak periods.
  • If approved, the funding body notifies the program organization directly.
  • An invoice is requested from the program organization before payment is issued.
  • Funds are paid directly to the program organization about two to three weeks after the invoice is received.
