- Applicants seeking funding for costs already paid under another program
Eligible expenses
- Urban design studies and architectural/design drawings
- Landscaping, curbing, decorative walls, lighting, parking and driveway access improvements
- Facade, storefront, building, and ground signage improvements
- Residential rehabilitation or creation costs
- Planning, development, building, and sign permit fees
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Personal protective equipment is not eligible under the Covid 19 Pilot Grant Program.
- Costs not related to reducing or preventing Covid-19 transmission are not eligible under the pilot program.
- Security deposits and cash-in-lieu payments are not eligible under the Planning and Building Fees Grant Program.
